I had water coming into my basement and had company after company investigating without finding the root cause. Finally I was connected with this company and immediately felt like someone actually cared about my house. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took my concerns to heart. I really enjoyed working with them and had complete trust that they would take care of my house (and of course they did). They were always quick to answer my questions and make my situation a priority. They went above and beyond multiple times for my house and I could not recommend this company enough. I am so grateful for the time they spent repairing the issues. You will not regret working with Hany and his team 🙂

Overall the work they did was fantastic. Every time I go downstairs I am in awe. Bathroom looks great also. They even went to the trouble of matching the original paint colour, to perfection! Lastly, they became like family to me and I was sad to see them go, yesterday after they did several finishing touch's. They did nothing but give pride to the Pillar Restoration name.

I’d give a 100 star rating. I know, think it’s five? 💥💥💥💥💥 Not hard to enjoy their company. They all seemed to have special skill sets, but jumped into help the others when needed.Their “team “ work was obvious. Like I said they were like family, big brothers! I have some cards and will most definitely hand out!!

I called Pillar Restoration for a flood in my kitchen. I had water everywhere. They showed up with 30 min of my call! Removed water and treated my flooring. Saved me from replacing flooring on the whole first floor!!

I had originally put a bad review but since then the owner Hany contacted us and came out to our place to personally look after our case . Within in a couple weeks everything is almost done. Some things are on back order others have not been delivered yet . No fault of theirs !! What they were able to finish, they did above and beyond what we expected them to do . Yes I would recommend and use them in the future !!!

This company was excellent! From the moment they walked in the door we knew they cared about our home and it was evident they would ensure it was restored to exactly what it was before the flood. Work was completed in a timely fashion and we were kept up to date with what would be happening next. I would use this company again and won’t hesitate to refer others.

I recently had a foundation leak which caused water damage to my basement, Matt from Pillar Construction helped me out tremendously. In a very stressful situation he was very knowledgeable, cleaned up all damages and helped alleviate that stress which made the situation much easier to deal with. These guys were amazing!!! I can not say enough good things about them. They did a basement dry and clean up after a heavy rain and drain failure. Hany was quick to respond, was very professional, and understanding. I found dealing with him made a stressful situation a lot easier to handle.
When Kevin and the crew did the clean up of the water damaged stuff they were fast, thorough and I feel they went above and beyond.

Pillar Restoration helped my family recover from a flooded basement over the summer. Kevin and his crew were prompt, professional, and helped us get our basement back to new in an impressively short amount of time. Any time we had an issue or something needed corrected, Kevin had a solution back to me quickly. These guys did an amazing job taking care of the Renos I needed following an insurance claim. Kevin and his team communicated well and stayed in touch with progress and updates. There was a few things that they needed extra attention and they kept coming back until I was fully satisfied.
They cleaned up after themselves, and even did extra things I didn’t even ask them to.
Nothing is ever perfect but I have to say my basement now is 99.9%. 😉
